ABIC Kft. (seat: 1054, Budapest Vécsey utca 5.) (hereinafter referred to as: the Service Provider, data controller) submits itself to the provisions included in this privacy policy notice.
This privacy policy notice was made in accordance with Act No. CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information (hereinafter referred to as: the Info Act), Info Act prevails in any issue not covered by this privacy policy notice. By accepting the privacy policy notice the data subject agrees to the processing of his personal data.

Functional data processing

No personal data needs to be given in order to use the website of Service Provider. However, in the case of contacting our Company by the electronic contact form, name, e-mail address and telephone number shall be given.

The purpose of data processing: personal data given by the User is used for making and maintaining contact.

The duration of the proposed data processing: unlimited, as long as the User does not initiate the deletion.

The legal basis for data processing: the consent given by the User.
Where personal data is recorded with the consent of the User, the Service Provider shall – unless otherwise provided by law – be able to process the recorded data where it is necessary
– for compliance with a legal obligation pertaining to the data controller, or
– for the purpose of enforcing the legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider or by a third party, if enforcing these interests is considered proportionate to the limitation of the right for the protection of personal data, without further consent from the data subject, or after the data subject has withdrawn his consent. The scope of processed data: the name, e-mail address and telephone number of natural persons. Data included in the register of companies qualify as data of public interest.

The possibility of modifying data: the given personal data may be modified by sending an electronic mail to the e-mail address of the Service Provider.

The time limit for the deletion of data: 15 days after initiating the deletion.
In addition to the above, the deletion or modification of personal data may be initiated in the following ways:

The persons authorized to access the processed personal data during data processing: the employees of ABIC Kft.

The Service Provider shall in no way abuse the personal data processed by it.

The use of cookies

The Service Provider use automatic data collection tools (cookies) to collect data through the use of its webpage. Information gathered by cookies are necessary for the proper working of the webpage and they are not containing any personal data.

The User has the option to delete the cookies in the Tools/Settings menu of the browser under the Privacy menu item.

Data transfer

The Service Provider will not transfer the data of the User to any third party.

Data security

The Service Provider shall take all necessary and expected security steps, organizational and technical measures in order to ensure security for the personal data, and to prevent the unauthorized modification, destruction and use thereof.
The Service Provider reserves the right to inform its clients and partners if it identifies any security gap in their system, and at the same time to limit their access to the system, services of the Service Provider, or to certain functions thereof, until the security gap is closed.

The rights of data subjects

The data subject may request from the Service Provider information on his personal data being managed, the rectification of his personal data, and – with the exception of mandatory data management – the deletion or blocking of his personal data. Upon the request of the data subject the data controller shall provide information on the data managed by it relating to the data subject, including those processed by a data processor on its behalf, the sources from where they were obtained, the purpose, legal basis for and duration of data management, the name and address of any data processor and its activities relating to data management, and – if the personal data of the data subject is transferred – the legal basis for and the recipient of the data transfer.


By the request of the User the Service Provider will delete personal data in the shortest available time, but at least in 15 days.
If the User finds the data processing injurious, or his data deletion request was not completed in deadline, he has the right to turn to court.
In the case of any violation of his rights the data subject may lodge a complaint against the data controller with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:
